The Fuji GFX 100 Medium Format Mirrorless is a versatile, professional-grade medium format mirrorless camera. Key features include:
- 102MP extremely high-resolution medium-format mirrorless
- Built-in battery grip for easy control and extended life
- Fast, accurate autofocus system; sensor-shift image stabilization
- Fuji G-mount camera
102MP Medium-Format Mirrorless. The Fuji GFX 100 uses a 43.8 × 32.9mm CMOS sensor for superior sharpness, accuracy, and image quality in a variety of lighting conditions. You get a broad ISO 100-12800 sensitivity range that can be extended to ISO 50-102400, while each pixel’s large size makes for efficient light gathering.
X-Processor 4 Imaging Processor. With large amounts of data captured, the GFX 100 needs a versatile and powerful processor to handle the load. The X-Processor 4 fits the bill, giving you continuous shooting at up to 5 fps or DCI and UHD 4K30 video capture. It also gives you a range of Film Simulation modes.
Multiple Aspect Ratios. You can adapt this camera to various aspect ratios, including 4:3 (default), 3:2, 16:9, 1:1, 65:24, 5:4, and 7:6.
Fuji G-Mount. The larger medium-format sensor requires lenses with a larger image circle, thus was born the G-mount. As it’s designed for mirrorless, the G-mount features a short flange back distance of just 26.7mm. Fuji X-mount lenses aren’t compatible with the medium-format GFX 50R.
Phase-Detection Autofocus System. The built-in phase-detection autofocus system uses 3.76 million total points, which cover nearly the entire sensor area. Face and Eye-Detection AF modes are great for portraiture, an electronic depth-of-field scale offers you even greater precision, and you can select specific focus areas on the rear touchscreen.
Sensor-Shift Image Stabilization. The built-in five-axis sensor-shift image-stabilization system reduces the appearance of camera shake by up to 5.5 stops, which is crucial when you’re working at slower shutter speeds or in difficult lighting conditions. Image stabilization works with any lens, including non-stabilized lenses.
EVF and Tilting Touchscreen LCD. The removable 5.76m-dot OLED electronic viewfinder features 0.85x magnification while offering 100% coverage. It connects to the camera via hot shoe and includes its own hot shoe so you can use compatible external flashes. You also get a tilting 3.2-inch, 2.36M-dot rear touchscreen LCD for navigating menus, controlling image playback, shooting in live view, and selecting focus area.
Integrated Vertical Grip. The built-in vertical grip’s ergonomic design makes it easier to hold the camera in horizontal and vertical orientations while giving you twice the battery life and two sets of physical controls and shutter releases.
Durable Build. The GFX 100 features a weather- and dust-resistant build, operating in temperatures as low as 14º Fahrenheit. The camera has dual SDHC / XC card slots that support UHS-II memory, and the two included rechargeable NP-T125 batteries are rated for an estimated 800 shots per charge when combined.
